Three things I'm proud of.
Built the first Spryker ecommerce team in Vietnam and grew it from 3 to 30+ certified engineers, by writing the training and certification path myself.
Took a conversational AI product from idea to launch as its product manager, before "AI agent" was a slide phrase.
Built the BeFit AI front desk that handled 2,326 member inquiries in a month, resolved 76% with no staff, saved ~150 staff hours, and caught 350+ after-hours conversations.
Before all that: project and delivery management at Atos and Nordea in Poland, then enterprise ecommerce across three countries. The lesson that stuck is simple. A nice demo means nothing if it doesn't run in production. That's why Promptive ships working systems, not decks.
A company of one, on purpose.
Today I build AI front desks and automation for clinics and fitness businesses, and run Claude Cowork training for solopreneurs and small teams. Small means small: under 10 people.
I run Promptive solo. No team, no assistant. So everything I teach is a workflow I actually use to keep a one-person company moving, not theory. And because I spent years inside big companies, I know which structure is worth keeping and which bloat to leave behind.
No overselling AI. If a spreadsheet solves it, I'll say so.
Every build tied to a number. Time saved, cost cut, or revenue captured. If it isn't measurable, it isn't done.
Honesty before invoices. I'll say when something won't work, before you pay.
